Product Availability and Substitution Policy
Wreath Queen reserves the right to substitute a product for equal or greater value if one becomes unavailable. This is applies to containers, décor/enhancements, food and gift products. We will ensure that the design theme, colours and quality are not compromised. In the event where a feature product becomes unavailable we will contact you.
Insert/Enclosure Card Policy
All our gifts and gift baskets include an insert card with your personal message and name. Please make sure you enter all name(s) at the time of ordering so the recipient knows who the gift is from. Wreath Queen is not responsible for any misspellings on insert card.
Payment Options
For ease of payment Wreath Queen gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard via PayPal and Cheque.
1. PayPal: We accept payment of orders through PayPal on our website. PayPal allows for payments directly from your PayPal account balance, linked bank account or your credit card.
A PayPal account is not necessary to pay for your order. At the time your order is placed your credit card will be billed for the total order amount, which includes the price(s) of the product(s), shipping charges and tax (where applicable).
If you pay with a bank account that is linked directly through PayPal (eCheck) your order will be shipped once the eCheck has cleared. This can take between 3-5 business days.

2. Cheque: You may pay for your order by cheque if your account is based in Canada (sorry no international cheques accepted at this time). Orders will be shipped once the cheque has cleared.
Wreath Queen must receive your payment within 5 business days or your order will be cancelled. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing after Wreath Queen receives your payment.
Taxes
Canadian Orders – All Canadian residents must pay 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Ontario residents are subject to 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on all items. GST and PST will be applied to all purchases being shipped.
Please note all prices, and charges are quoted in Canadian dollars and includes the cost of the gift, shipping/delivery and taxes.
