We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product and would like to return it, we will be happy to accept it. Kindly return the gift unopened within 8 business days and we will issue a refund for the gift price. Delivery and/or shipping charges on returned gifts are non refundable.
